Today was the first day of school here at our house and I think the morning went well! School here starts at 9:15 so it was nice not having to be up and to school by 7:45 like at the old school. We also ride the bus here which is new for us, I was the bus driver for our kids the past few years.
Here are some pictures from this morning and I can’t wait until they get home later today to here how the first day went. Hopefully everyone has made a new friend by the end of the day! Starting a new school is hard for everyone, even mom and dad!
Now it’s just me and the bubs today, wonder what we’ll do besides take a nap? Did your kids start school today? What are you doing while they are at school? I’m working on a new design for this blog and hope to reveal it this week! Have a great day and next week is the start of Roomspiration!
What a couch full of cuties — you can almost see the happy anticipation on those faces!!! In my mind's eye I still see you and your brother on the curb in a picture when you were waiting for your first bus ride! Let me know how it went — did you two "home bodies" get that nap?
