I am transferring over blog posts that got lost in the WP move a few months ago.  I can definitely see that I have grown in my styling and photography skills.

Ravioli Casserole
Quick Cooking

1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
1 package (25 oz.) frozen cheese ravioli cooked and drained
2 C. (16 oz.) small curd cottage cheese
4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ C. parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread ½ C. sauce in ungreased 13×9 baking dish.

Layer ½ of the ravioli, one cup of the cottgae cheese and one cup of spaghetti sauce.

Top with half of the mozzarella.

Repeat the layers and then sprinkle the top with parmesan and parsley. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.  Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Okay, there should have been a disclaimer at the top of this post warning about possible salivation! I haven’t had breakfast yet but now all I want is ravioli. That looks sooooo good!

This sounds amazing and easy! Something that my picky kids would actually eat. This looks like something that you could double the recipe of and freeze into 1/2 pans to pull out to thaw on busy weeknights! Thanks for the great recipe!

Looks delish. Ange, for some reason your blog posts are not updating on my side bar. It says (at least on my side bar) that the last time you posted was 1 month ago. I’m going to try re-entering it. Sorry – that’s why I haven’t been by in a while.
