Fall hair makeover

September 13, 2011

Read Time:1 Minute, 33 Second

So now that my blog received a makeover and my entryway received a makeover, I figured it was time for my hair to get a little makeover. Now, I am sure that everyone hates the way they look in photos but I swear I am the most unphotogenic person on the planet. I really think I look a tad better in real life. I am posting these pictures for some friends who wanted to see my new color and feathers. I had the hubby help me by taking some of these photos on Sunday and Monday and obviously I did a few myself, so these are no where near professional quality. I have started wearing my bangs forward for a change and I think I like it…still deciding, although my hair lady put them off to the side yesterday.

AFTER:

Now of course my three daughters want feathers in their hair, they think it’s not fair that mom has some and they don’t.  Anyone else have some fun feathers in their hair?  Am I too old for this fun trend?  What do you think?
I’m so excited that tomorrow is another fun day of Roomspiration!!!!!   Head over to see Kelly at View Along the Way and link up your living rooms/family rooms! Or as always, go check out what others are linking up and get inspired. Also you can visit Laurel-Dawn at Abode Love to see all the entryways linked up so far and you can still link up there as well.  All the links will be open until Oct. 14th so there is plenty of time to link up.  You can also click on the blogger’s name below and you will be magically transported to their blogs if you want some fun new blogs to follow.

Super cute hair. I like the color and the feather. My oldest daughter would like feathers too. I think go for it. You can pull it off and it looks good with the color.

That is a great new look. I do love the color, it is deep and rich and the feather is a nice touch!

I think that you are beautiful (even when your roots are showing and you haven't washing your hair!) and my sweet kids want to know if you are turning into a chicken! 🙂

I love your new hair style! I like the color on you, it looks great! We're really settling into our new house and everyone here is so nice. It's starting to feel like home. Thanks for asking! Glad everything is going well for you too.
