When you live in the mid-west you usually don’t grill out year round. Granted many people still grill out in the winter but my hubby doesn’t really enjoy grilling in the snow as much as he does in the sun! This is an easy recipe you just need to remember to let it marinate at least three hours, so maybe not a spur of the moment dinner idea.
