Happy Thursday! After a finishing the master bedroom and then having company for five fun filled days seeing Garth Brooks in concert, painting, the Hearts at Home Conference and some shopping you think I would be tired. Apparently not because I decided on a whim the other night to paint the tile around my fireplace. Which led to touching up my kitchen cabinets and that turned into painting over the gray lower cabinets. Whew. This is what my kitchen looked like last night at 11 pm.
Hopefully by Sunday my kitchen will be back together again! Anyone else get a wild hair and do things like this? I think the snow and cold has something to do with it too, if I stay busy I don’t have time to focus on the weather.
Another week full of great links! You guys are awesome every week and I am looking forward to what you link up this week!
This is what caught my eye last week:
Speaking of painting kitchen cabinets, check out Alison’s $100 kitchen makeover at The Pink Tumbleweed! I just love how paint can totally transform a space!
Jessica from Live Randomly Simple posted while on the couch sick about 10 money saving apps on her phone. With Christmas shopping happening over the next few weeks I thought this was a very timely post and I am looking forward to trying out some of these apps! (PS Don’t forget everyday Target is featuring a different toy at 50% off on Cartwheel).
Liz from The Quick Journey shared with us how her family packaged up some shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. We do this every year as a family and it has become a much loved tradition in our home.
That’s what I have for you this week! Now it’s your turn to link up!
